Each Sunday I create a menu for our weekly dinners, list the ingredients and head to the store. And I have done this for many, many years! On countless occasions I have shared and received recipes with family and friends. I have dozens of recipes on scraps of paper, post-its, emails and even napkins. Then one day it hit me – I need to keep a journal! So here’s what I have been whipping up.
