hashbrown potato casserole
This is a great side dish that can be made ahead of time. It is also good for leftovers.
One of my dad’s favorites!
ingredients:
1 (2 lb.) bag hashbrown potatoes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 10 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 16 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 stick melted butter
corn flakes, crushed
instructions:
Mix all together. Put in greased 3 quart casserole (or 2 smaller dishes and freeze one for later). Cover top with corn flakes and pour butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
